Who we are

NouriPet is a UK pet care brand. This policy covers our pre-launch signup page at launch.nouripet.co.uk. When our shop at nouripet.co.uk opens it will publish its own policy covering orders, payments and delivery; this page will continue to cover the launch list.

What we collect

• Your email address: so we can tell you when we launch and match your free gift.
• Your name, if you give it. It's optional.
• Whether you ticked the marketing box. We record your answer either way.
• How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you arrived through, and the site that referred you.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment details, addresses or phone numbers at this stage.

Why we're allowed to use it

If you ticked the marketing box, we rely on your consent to send you launch news and offers. You can withdraw it at any time (see below).

Whether or not you ticked it, we send you one confirmation email about the free gift you just reserved. That's a service message about something you asked us for, not marketing, and it's sent on the basis of our legitimate interest in confirming your request.

Getting off the list

Once removed we stop emailing you. We keep a minimal record that you asked to be removed, so that we don't accidentally add you back.

Cookies and measurement

This page sets no tracking cookies unless you choose Accept on the cookie bar. If you do, we load the Meta (Facebook) pixel and the Google tag (Google Analytics and Google Ads), which tell us how many people found us and signed up, and from which ads. If you choose Essential only, nothing is loaded and no tracking cookie is set.

You can change your mind any time using Manage cookies at the bottom of the main page.

Who else sees your data

• Supabase: hosts the signup list. Data stored in the EU (Stockholm).
• Cloudflare: serves this page.
• Zoho Mail: sends our email.
• Resend: also sends our email (EU region). Processes your address only to deliver the message.
• Meta: only if you accepted cookies, and only measurement data.
• Google (Analytics and Ads): only if you accepted cookies, and only measurement data.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until we launch and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can honour your free gift. If you ask to be removed, or the launch list is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The quickest way is our data request page: confirm from your inbox and your copy arrives by email within minutes, or your data is deleted. You can also email info@nouripet.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
